Transferring the management of your property over to Property You is EASY! We can take care of the entire process on your behalf. Once your decision is made, we can provide notice to your current agency, introduce ourselves to your tenants (if tenanted), collect their file and the property keys and start receipting the rent on your behalf. Its simple! At Property You, we take our role as property manager seriously. We always act in our clients’ best interests to ensure their asset is protected. We always do what we say. If we make a mistake (we are human after all), we are always accountable and we will fix it up – on us!
We offer our clients the option to be disbursed whenever they wish and as often as they like. Eg. If your mortgage payments are due on the 15th of each month, we can disburse to you on the 12th of every month to ensure its in your account to cover your mortgage payments when due. If you want to be paid your rent weekly – we can do that too!
Upon each disbursement of your rental funds you will receive an automated ownership statement sent directly to your email. This statement shows a ‘money in, money out’ summary that details the financial performance of your property. This statement is also saved in your own individual PropertyMe owner portal for easy access whenever you need it!
Our trust account software system provides all of our clients with access to their own individual ‘Owners Portal’ 24/7. This allows our clients the flexibility to monitor their investments with ease any time of the day or night. The owners portal has access to everything you need right at your finger tips!
